TITLE: OperationsAssistant - Receptionist POSITION SUMMARY Has onsite responsibility forproviding phone and dispatch support during peak operation times withinthe School Bus Terminal. Respond to inquiries related to studentdrop-off and pick-up times, basic routing questions and provide generaladministrative duties. This is a key position providing exceptionalcustomer service, efficient and effective problem-solving. HOURS - SplitShift Monday - Friday 5:30am - 8/8:30am AND 2:00pm - 4:30/5pm. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITES: Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiriesTake effective notes when necessary Provide exceptional customer serviceFollow-up on request of phone calls with manager Communicate withdrivers as needed Basic administrative tasks to ensure drivers areadequately prepared for routes Additional duties and responsibilitiesmay be assigned GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational andcommunication skills, written and verbal.
