Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role operates within the communication industry and involves handling emergency and non-emergency calls, monitoring surveillance systems, and maintaining clear communication with law enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities: • Receive and process emergency and non-emergency calls via telephone and radio systems. • Evaluate the information received, prioritize calls, and dispatch required units. • Forward information or calls to appropriate agencies when necessary. • Monitor surveillance systems and report any irregularities. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. • Utilize computer programs • Handle multi-tasking effectively to ensure efficient operation of all communication channels. • Ensure quality customer service is provided at all times. Requirements • Strong knowledge of various Computer Programs • Proven experience with CRM systems • Ability to provide appropriate Answers to inquiries • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
