　　The Head Porter / Lead Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness of Dish Room , Pot Sinks, Machines, Main and Outlet Kitchens, Garbage Disposal Areas, Banquet Kitchen, Kitchen Equipment, China, Flat Wear and Glassware, and Employee Kitchen Bathrooms, in addition to training, scheduling, and monitoring of employees. This is a summer position. Our season typically runs from May through early October. Candidates must be available to work until the end of the season .
