　　HVAC Cleanroom Manager for a leading company based near Cartersville, GA. Responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, and maintenance of N-Methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) ducting systems. 　　Must have experience managing cleanroom HVAC ducting projects

　　Experience installing duct work within an industrial construction setting (battery industry or other ISO cleanroom applications)

　　Change Order Management experience

　　Knowledge of NMP or related ducting systems and their applications

　　Experience in maintaining safety compliance, including OSHA regulations

　　Leading a team of skilled ducting professionals to ensure the successful execution of NMP ducting projects

　　Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives related to NMP ducting systems

　　Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for NMP ducting projects,

　　Efficiently allocate resources given the critical importance of NMP solvency

　　Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure that all NMP ducting work complies with safety regulations and company policies

　　Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed ducting work

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
