Summary:This role is responsible for growing and optimizing a portfolio of existing clinical workers compensation programs and a maturing clinical-captive insurance risk taking "start-up" venture that is novel to the industry for it's approach to align the goals of patients, providers and insurers in Worker's Compensation.Candidate will build strong relationships with Worker's Compensation referral sources across the Midwest and nationally with the goal of serving more patients. This includes marketing the services of Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, the #10 Rehabilitation Hospital in the country according to US News & World Report to existing and potential referral sources (physicians, case managers, attorneys, insurance adjusters, TPAs, self-insured companies, municipalities, etc.).
