Duties:The Director will organize and administer all aspects of the Montana Technological University TRIO Capital City Talent Search program, including but not limited to; • Assume leadership of Talent Search program, provide administrative oversight to program operations • Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate the six standardized project objectives of grant • Establish, monitor, and administer funds of grant • Collect student achievement data through collaboration with staff, target schools and data warehouses at OPI and OCHE as well as National Student Clearinghouse • Hold responsibility that all 500 student files (both digital and hard copy) are in federal compliance • Create and submit the annual performance report in compliance with federal regulation as well as create school level annual reports that address local administrators' points of interest. • Identify, select, train, and supervise the work of a Talent Search Coach in each of the target schools • Provide leadership for effective parental and community involvement • Ability to work weekends and evenings
