This position is responsible for Electrical and Mechanical taskson automated packaging and distribution equipment utilizing workingknowledge to troubleshoot and repair Control Circuits, ElectricalDistribution Systems, and Preventive / Predictive maintenance. Promote asafe working environment by following all safety procedures Maintain andtroubleshoot all automated conveyor systems in the building Lead andaudit preventative electrical/mechanical maintenance procedures PerformPLC Control level issue diagnosis and maintenance (Allen Bradley)Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams,control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches,proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. Utilize blueprints and schematics toperform maintenance safely and efficiently Collaborate and buildrelationships with all levels in the organization Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience with automatedconveyor systems and controls 2+ years of experience in the repair ofmaterial handling equipment 2+ years of experience conducting predictiveand preventative maintenance procedures 1+ years of metal and woodfabrication 1+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading 1+year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles Procedurebased maintenance experience (PM) Ability to use and interpretstatistical equipment run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritizeaccordingly Preferred Qualifications Associates or higher degree from avocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical orElectrical field 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in theMechanical or Electrical field Experience with Material HandlingEquipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with Original EquipmentManufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards Project Management experienceExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Knowledge of computer networking systems and infrastructure Experiencewith robotic or electromechanical operation and maintenance Able totroubleshoot basic input and output functions. Low voltage signaltracing and troubleshooting of logical devices.
