You will develop, establish, grow,and manage the overall Quantum Strategic Alliances Program. You will alsoprovide thought leadership on the company s overall solutions focus.You Are A Part Of:Quantum Alliances are a critical pillar of our business, where relationshipsare strong and valued. You ll own its success, ensuring positive outcomesfor Quantum and our partners, especially those with great impact on keyverticals such as Government, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences,and High Technology organizations.Job Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Identify and recruit Top Technology Alliance Partners who provide strategicvalue to enhance Quantum s value, solutions, and/or GTM.* Lead and coordinate required technology integration as applicable to designjoint solutions with Alliance Partners.* Maintain joint Quantum and Alliance Partner business plans, establishingclear, mutual, and measurable commitments around marketing, readiness,skill development, and sales revenue.* Design and review business plans with Alliance Partners and Quantumstakeholders to drive progress, deliver results, and address correctiveactions as needed.* Orchestrate the necessary cross-functional resources within Quantum tosupport joint Alliance Partner solution and GTM activities, andcreate/maintain a long-term, scalable joint GTM model that drives partnerand customer success, as well as incremental revenue results for Quantum.* Drive program execution across activities involved in the completion ofcommitments and goals established in the business plan, includingcoordination of Quantum s investments, lead generation relatedactivities, training and readiness, and joint sales activities betweenAlliance Partners and Quantum field organizations. Constantly maintain a clearview of the return on mutual investment and revenue results.* Lead regular sales pipeline reviews with Quantum and Alliance Partners.* Broker internal resources, tools, references, and/or investmentsneeded to execute joint business plans.* Create new co-marketing opportunities for Quantum and Alliance Partners.* Guide Quantum marketing in the development of content (solution briefs,presentations, videos, demos) to enable joint field and channel sales engagemen* Perform Strategic Alliance Partner management including involvement withother business units such as engineering, product management, fieldsales, pre-sales, marketing, sales operations, services, etc.Required Skills and/or Experience:* Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.* 10+ years of information technology related sales experience, storageand software experience is a plus.* Proven communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.* Extensive experience working with information technology customers and/orpartners through account management, strategic alliance partnership,product management, program management, and business development engagements.* Extensive experience working with and presenting to C-Level decision makersand strong familiarity with decision making processes in large companies.* D monstrated experience building new business plans, working with multiplestakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management,and account management teams.* Proven, broad sales experience, including the ability to coordinatefield teams to develop and close high-profile deals.* Experience managing joint GTM success with partners, including developmentand tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities.* Ability to build bridges and collaborate between partner and company fieldsales organizations to build mutual trust, sales enablement, and jointsales motions.* Developing and promoting technology partner value propositions intoenterprise direct sales organizations.* Able to implement effective joint GTM programs for alliance partnersincluding joint sales enablement, demand generation, lead tracking, dealregistration and joint sales reporting.* Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and able to collaborate withmulti-locational, cross-functional teams internally and externally.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.* Ability to travel as required.Why Should You Join Quantum?At Quantum, we understand how to help you capture, manage, and storeyour video and data to realize its infinite possibilities.
