This expert team works with internal T-Mobile teams and external strategic partners to develop the overall technical and business process design of innovative solutions that meet the growing demands of our T-Mobile for Business (TFB) Enterprise and Strategic accounts. The Solutions Engineering team provides overall technical expertise for the entire solutions portfolio that TFB offers. The team is accountable for identifying overall customer requirements and designing the technical solutions TFB can offer to meet these requirements.The team is measured on overall financial performance for the Enterprise and Strategic segments, both in selling our core products (voice, mint, IoT, HSI) as well as our performance in selling additional solutions such as 5G ANS, Collaboration and our security portfolio.The Director brings extensive understanding of the marketplace, competitive landscape, and customer requirements that will help TFB define our ongoing product offering. They work with the TFB product team to develop a long-term strategy to leverage T-Mobile assets/capabilities and disrupt the market by creating and selling innovative solutions for the Enterprise and Strategic segments.
