  The Regional Sales Director leads a team of revenue generating StrategicAccount Executives in the Central Region. You will be assigned a revenuegoal, and close business, customer success and go to market planning inthe region. We are looking for successful Sales Director with knowledge oftechnology and solid business-to-business sales management and accountmanagement experience. Our goal is to build an organization of smart,successful employees, committed to our mission and focused on winning, butable to balance this with a respectful, healthy environment and lifestyle.You will report to our West Strategic VP, Sales.You Will:Manage a team of Strategic Enterprise field Account Executives.Build pipeline development, management and forecasting for the region.Hire and oversee on-boarding and development for the teamDevelop sales strategies to grow the business and hit account acquisition andACV targetsDevelop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotasWork with marketing, legal, sales ops, and other sales team to improveoperationsProvide weekly activity reports and recommendationsAchieve weekly and quarterly targetsYou Have:5+ years of experience in field sales management in cybersecurity5+ years of experience as a field sales account executive in cybersecurityHave solid understanding of Identity & Access ManagementExperience creating field sales tools and processes to support prospecting,discovery, competitive positioning, solution mapping, dealstructuring, and negotiationMetrics orientation - metric development skills including measurement andoptimization and experience managing team to agreed upon targets.A track record of success in a team-centric cultureOur Benefits:Open PTOParental LeaveFree Healthcare Option401(k) MatchGenerous Holiday ScheduleCommuter Offset (Denver only)Education ReimbursementPing Identity is an equal opportunity employer. The actual offer may be higherthan the starting OTE for those who meet and exceed the minimumqualifications. Commission will provide the opportunity to earn additionalincome above OTE based on performance targets. In addition, our generous total rewards package includes healthand wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, risk insurances, paidtime off, parental leave, plus other supplemental offerings.
