DIRECTOR RESOURCES and FORECASTING

　　LOCATION - OWENSBORO, KY

　　This position will serve as Big Rivers MISO administrator while being responsible for the management and oversight of load forecasting, resource planning, SEPA contract administration and general departmental contract administration. They will be responsible for supporting the Energy Services department with analysis, data request and other support as need.

　　A Bachelors degree in engineering, economics, statistics or mathematics is required plus 9 to 10 years related experience and/or training and 7 years of related management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience along with 10 years utility experience. Must understand the electrical power, load forecasting and resource planning business environmental and the factors that affect it. Have a thorough understanding of the activities and requirements associated with the MISO market. Strong analytical skills and good oral and written presentation skills, with attention to detail are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications along with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
