Job title – Director, West GAPAC ANH

　　As the Director, West GAPAC, you will be responsible for leading and developing businesses through vitamin products and solution products in Thailand, Vietnam and South Asia. With full P&L accountability at OU level, the Director will also be responsible in ensuring corporate culture and core values for the ANH business activities within the OU, aligned to our global dsm-firmenich culture and values.

　　Your key responsibilities

　　Lead, motivate and coach GMs closely collaborating with various levels of the organization to ensure customer support and create new business opportunities

　　Develop and implement WEST GAPAC OU strategy under the context of Vitamin Unit and Solution Unit.

　　Plan and implement sales, profit margins & market share growth according to agreed targets and market share objectives

　　Create stakeholder alliances (internal and external) for achieving the business outcomes

　　Lead, motivate, manage, and develop employees in the Operating Unit. Partner with HR to develop foundation that are in line with dsm-firmenich guideline to develop people & talents

　　Responsible for customer management. Establish long term relationship with strategic accounts and relevant stakeholders in the value chain

　　You bring

　　Minimum 10 years in managing & leading a successful multi-disciplinary team & having extensive experience of the animal health industry, food industry or related industries at a senior level

　　Significant marketing / commercial experience

　　Ability to relate across cultures and good customer management, high capacity for staff development and coaching

　　Good managerial and negotiation skills, financial competence and strong interpersonal skills

　　Leadership experience of large teams in different cultures with high level of integrity
