As the Director of Treasury you will be planning and directing all accounting operational functions, handling the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and leading departmental staff. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily cash planning and transfers. Oversee reconciliation of treasury activities with ERP system. Manage banking relationships and optimize costs. Assist in securing financing for projects. Coordinate budget development and cash forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial covenants and regulations. Stay informed about market conditions and investment strategies. Attend and present at board and finance committee meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Experience in treasury management preferred. Knowledge of fixed income investments and corporate budgeting required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems required. Experience with ERP software preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus

Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
