Who
Truleo is looking to hire a Director of Customer Success in Brisbane, Australia. You will be responsible for driving high customer engagement in key operational areas, including contract renewals, product and service adoption, and revenue expansion. This will be our first hire in Australia, and will work remotely for now. Travel as required.

What You'll Do
Develop proactive outreach strategies and explore new go-to-market opportunities that will secure and strengthen relationships with new key partners.
Strategize innovative approaches to facilitating sales through new and existing channels.
Create and present in-depth partnership proposals to senior management regarding the rationale of prospective partnerships.
Design agreements that are mutually beneficial to Truleo and prospective partners.
Employ an exceptional degree of emotional intelligence to establish credibility, work collaboratively with partners, and influence outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to create a seamless transition from sales to account management.
Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of add-on targets through idea generation, industry research, networking, and inbound lead screening.
Consistently drive incremental revenue by maximizing assets in new and renewed partnerships.
Who You Are
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a business development, sales, or strategy role with leadership responsibilities.
You possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing through various sales channels to grow market share.
You are able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency, at all times.
You thrive in complex and challenging environments with rapidly evolving business objectives.
You have a positive, impactful attitude that allows you to connect and work well with others.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills.
