Description:

　　These heat treatment technician leads will be working on routine maintenance work where the company has the capital routine work at all local Bay Area refineries as well as power plants and other industrial facilities. This person will be asked to report at all local facilities. This person will be leading a crew of 2-3 people; training will be provided. This person can be at one location for 1+ year or may be alternating between 2+ locations weekly, or alternating 1 by 1 at various amounts of time. This person must be flexible for this. Per Diem and Mileage provided when outside of range.

　　Day to Day:

　　Lead crew of 2-3 people from directions of on site manager. Prior heat treatment experience not needed, however prior refinery experience and the ability to lead a crew is needed. The Helpers on the crew will pull cables, insulate, stage equipment, and work alongside experienced insulation/heat treat techs who will be replacing valves & vessels/heating up piping for welders.

　　6+ months of lead experience for any trade in the refinery
