　　$80k- $90k/per year salary

　　Summary of Position:

　　Directly manage all facets of Risk Management for BBL Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels & restaurants.

　　Duties & Responsibilities :

　　Analyze and propose recommendations for insurance coverage by property

　　Manage all claims working with carriers and property leaders to ensure proper documentation and timely responses

　　Conduct regular property audits to identify potential exposure

　　Implement policies and procedures to limit accidents and incidents at all BBLH properties

　　Conduct on going training for property level leaders to ensure compliance and best practices in all aspects of safety, security & IT security.

　　Provide monthly & quarterly claims reporting to ownership

　　Qualifications

　　Experience in the insurance industry required

　　Ability to travel and work in a field based environment

　　Strong training and presentation skills

　　Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
