　　A company located in Moline, IL that specializes in making custom & prototype equipment (chemical reactors, vessels, etc.) to be used for various testing purposes, is looking to hire Mazak CNC Machinists! 　　Job Description:

　　Setup/teardown machines for custom made parts and create/edit programs in Mazatrol

　　Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers

　　Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance when necessary, as well as tool changing

　　Required Skills/Experience:

　　Must be able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Standards (GD&T)

　　Ability to use all applicable measuring instruments and gauges

　　Must be able to perform quality inspection of all machined parts

　　Must be able to set-up, program, and produce close tolerance and precision work

　　Must be able to pass practical dimensional inspection test

　　Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 preferred

　　Additional Information:

　　1st and 2nd shift availability

　　Depending on experience
