The Interim DON position is a flexible, project-based role that performs a wide range of professional consulting to our post-acute and aging services clients. Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties: Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines Functions within scope of work as defined by the client Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Must have a current RN license in state Must have three years of Management skills in long-term care Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation Must be flexible for travel within the state We're excited to meet you!
