Director of Human Resources
You should have HR generalist knowledge, and be versed in workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labor relations, workforce training and development, and local diversity initiatives. This is a highly visible role in developing short- and long-term planning of the HR function and is responsible in executing the HR initiatives. Should also be a certified member of the HR professional body.
Qualifications:
• Ability to function effectively and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation skills • Degree from an accredited university
• 10 years Human Resource Leadership experience
• Certification from a HR professional body
• Business acumen
