　　Liftide tehnohooldus:

　　teostab temale hooldada antud liftide või eskalaatorite tehnohooldustöid (S1,S2 ja S3)vastavalt AS Eesti Otis`e juhendile Liftide tehnohooldus;

　　teeb sissekande masinaruumis olevasse hooldusvihikusse kõikide teostatud tööde kohta ning vastutab sissekannete õigsuse eest;

　　koostab hoolduse aktid GSM Taskis

　　teostatud hoolduse tööd tuleb sisestata GSM Taski tööde teostamise asukohas või selle lähistel

　　teavitab tehnohoolduse käigus avastatud puudustest töödejuhatajat ning teeb ettepaneku remondimüügiks.

　　1.2. Rikete kõrvaldamine hooldusmehaanikuna töötades:

　　iga tööpäeva hommikul teavitab dispetser eelmisel päeval tema hooldada olevate liftide ja eskalaatorite väljakutsetest;

　　seisvad liftid ja eskalaatorid peab korrastama päevaks planeeritud tööde eelisjärjekorras, hiljemalt tööpäeva jooksul. Kui see mingil põhjusel ei ole võimalik, siis teatama sellest koheselt töödejuhatajale ning dispetserile. Seiskunud seadme käikulaskmisest teatama dispetserile.

　　Lifti kabiini kinnijäänud inimeste väljapäästmine.

　　1.3. Rikete kõrvaldamine ja inimeste päästmine valvemehaanikuna töötades

　　- teostab töid operatiivselt vastavalt dispetšerilt saadud korraldustele. Esmajärjekorras tuleb päästa inimesed välja rikke tõttu seiskunud liftide kabiinidest.

　　seiskunud liftid ja eskalaatorid tuleb korrastada koheselt peale rikketeate saamist, rikete “kogumine” on keelatud. Kui see mingil põhjusel ei ole võimalik, siis teatama sellest koheselt dispetšerile. Seiskunud seadme käikulaskmisest ja kõikidest teostatud töödest teatama dispetserile.

　　Lifti kabiini kinni jäänud inimeste väljapäästmine ööpäevaringne, rikete kõrvaldamine kella 7ºº-st kuni 23ºº-ni kõikidel nädalapäevadel vastavalt tööaja graafikule.

　　1.4. Remont, moderniseerimine ja paigaldus
