Director of Development - Athletics

　　The Director of Development will oversee the day-to-day operations of SUU Athletics Development. The Candidate will assist with the organization and coordination of SUU Athletics Special Events. The candidate will assist the Sr. Associate Athletics Director for Development with identifying gift prospects.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Day-to-Day activities of the SUU Athletics Annual Fund

　　• Organize and run special events

　　• Engage with community members to maintain relationships with current donors.

　　• Oversee annual membership benefit fulfillment

　　• Alumni Newsletter communication

　　• Identify and develop relationships with potential new donors

　　Education and Experience Requirements:

　　• A bachelor's degree

　　• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing and editing skills.

　　• Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure to handle multiple prospects and requests, and meet competing deadlines.

　　• Ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships and professional image with external and internal constituencies by adhering to customer service standards.
