We are looking for someone who will play a crucial role for Western Union by ensuring our resiliency.
Role Responsibilities
Conduct business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plan analysis, among others.
Owns auditing preparedness in case of ransomware attacks.
Monitors, evaluates, and maintains procedures to safeguard internal information systems and databases and defines, implements, maintains information security practices and technologies to ensure appropriate protection of Western Union's data.
Researches, recommends, and implements changes to enhance systems security.
Operates under minimal supervision.
Role Requirements
High school bachelors' degree.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
Professional presence and demeanor
Knowledge of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Impact Analysis, and related topics.
Advanced understanding of technical environments (e.g., platforms, architecture, procedures)
5+ years of progressive experience in Technical Risk Management, Information Security and/or IT Auditing
3+ years of experience with:
Extensive experience providing detailed technical information security guidance in a complex, global, and highly regulated environment.
Technical communication with all levels from engineering to executives.
Demonstrated ability to develop a strategy, and design and execute on the associated plan.
Customer-centric mindset and service-oriented attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done successfully.
