  ABOUT YOU

  As the Director of Business Optimization, you are a data-driven strategist with a well-established track record in process improvement, project management, and data analysis. Your robust analytical skills enable you to adeptly identify inefficiencies within business processes and implement enduring improvement strategies. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement, coupled with technical prowess in data analysis tools, are pivotal to your success. Additionally, your collaborative spirit with IT teams, ability to adapt to shifting priorities, and unwavering commitment to data ethics all play a crucial role. Your overarching mission is to spearhead the organization's transformation into a data-driven driving force, optimizing processes and instilling excellence across all business functions.

  What you will do:

  Support the simplification of business processes and identify more efficient ways of working.

  Analyze financial and operational data to derive actionable insights that boost business performance.

  Assist in the development and implementation of a "best-in-class" continuous improvement strategy.

  Assess new process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and structure projects for better business impact.

  WHAT YOU OFFER

  Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant degree.

  5 years of experience directing a corporate continuous improvement function.

  Proficiency in complex reporting procedures involving data analysis and report design.

  Capability in leading teams through influence rather than relying on a formal reporting structure.
