What we are looking for:
The Director of Business Development is in charge of identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities for the company in Brazil. Setting and overseeing short and long-term growth targets. Designing and implementing strategies and tactics to increase sales. Overseeing the performance of commercial initiatives and making adjustments as needed. Collaborating with
Taptap leadership teams to establish overall Brazil strategy and ensuring commercial growth is
aligned with that strategy and building relationships and partnerships to drive sales.
Functions:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating favourable terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to
drive the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Brazilian market.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success.
Strong communication skills in English. (C1 level)
Proven experience in the AdTech or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
