In this role, you'll take charge of facilitating impactful leadership development programs for new and mid-level managers. Your responsibilities will extend to driving Train the Trainer programs and enabling hotel adoption of L+D programs, particularly in areas such as brand service culture. Additionally, you will partner with new and conversion hotels to open successfully. What sets this position apart is its unique blend of managerial and individual contributor responsibilities. Beyond leading the delivery of L+D programs, you will play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to talent development initiatives aligned with global and regional priorities.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a background in the hotel industry. Serving as a valuable liaison between the corporate L+D team and hotel-based trainers, you will leverage your expertise to localize, implement, and enhance L+D programs. You can balance stakeholder needs and craft creative solutions that align with the interests of all involved parties. You possess strong cultural awareness and are skilled in navigating diverse markets. With a results-oriented mindset, you proactively anticipate challenges, strategically plan for desired outcomes, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a team leader, you can motivate and coach a group of experienced facilitators, ensuring the delivery of the best learning experiences possible.
