We are seeking a highly-experienced, strategic HR executive to create and lead a global Compensation and Benefits department. The Ideal Candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and possesses the expertise to build and optimize benefits and rewards programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global benefits and compensation strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining equitable and competitive compensation and benefits practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that promote diversity and equality within the organization.
Build and standardize processes for benefits administration and compensation benchmarking across the global workforce
Establish efficient and scalable systems to support the benefits and compensation function.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in benefits and compensation programs
Conduct regular analyses to ensure competitiveness in the market while optimizing costs
Develop and implement policies related to benefits, compensation, and recognition programs
Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining a consistent global approach
Communicate benefits and compensation programs effectively to employees globally
Provide training and resources to HR teams and managers to ensure understanding and adherence to established processes
Qualifications
Proven experience as a leader of a global Benefits organization
Strong understanding of global benefits and compensation trends, regulations, and best practices
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
Proven experience in building HR processes from scratch
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with global recruiting trends and compliance requirements
5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, 7+ years in Human Resources
