Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will coordinate deployment activities related lease refresh and device replacement, end-user software reviews and assessing demand along with monthly reporting. This includes forecasting and organizing monthly deployment activities, end-user communications for scheduling and device returns, manage and track the software attestation process along with developing relationships with our team and user groups.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Team Lead, End User Services.
Contract Duration: 1 year
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Maintain and support hardware refresh lifecycle by identifying, scheduling, and reporting on hardware replacements required to support end of lease processes
Review installed software on end-user devices to assess requirement along with completing software attestation process, software reclamation and license compliancy in collaboration with partner teams
Coordinate deployments and migrations in participation and collaboration with partner teams and key stakeholders
Develop and deliver end-user communications as it relates to hardware refresh replacements, migrations and software attestations. Managing communication material translation.
Propose recommendations to improve software and hardware deployment activities
Build reports with relevant tools
Lead meetings related to delivering status updates, progress reporting and planning activities
Accountabilities may be expanded and assigned
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience and post-secondary education in a related field of study or a combination thereof
Similar experience in a project or deployment coordination role
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel macros, pivot tables and charts/graphs

Bilingual in French an asset
Understanding of information technology terminologies an asset
