POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for leading, standardizing, and automating major businesses processes for the Honeywell Connected Enterprise and supporting the corporate function in ensuring their requirements are met through these processes. While this role sits within the Technology function, this role will lead cross-functionally where it overlaps with Product, Finance, Marketing, and other functions where applicable.
We’re looking for someone who can act with urgency, has a passion for winning, and can think big and then make it happen. This leader will be responsible for reducing our time to value of our software deployments to our customers, ensure financial commitments of costs and revenue of deployments, and setup the building blocks for fast pace global growth. Additionally, they will be required to work to understand the project and commercial needs across the organization as it pertains to connected software deployments.
The successful candidate will be one who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts, is a creative thinker, and a resourceful self-starter. In terms of personal competencies, a successful candidate will be hands on with the teams, be a great communicator internally to the business and externally to our customer, and drive to achieve tangible business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead MBR (Monthly Business Review) within HCE Technology
· Lead Roadmap Development and Alignment within HCE
· Lead planning and delivery of town halls within HCE Technology
· Lead HCE SaaS GDM (Global Design Model) Transformation Initiative
· Identify and lead efforts to standardize and automate each of the above processes
· Lead special projects as required to drive HCE’s continued transformation
· Support all deployments for released and unreleased software-as-a-service products
· Create a management operating system and host a regular meeting cadence with staff and cross-business teams to review all ongoing project deployments and accelerate customer time to value
· Develop, coach, and grow a project management office (PMO) structure that is global in nature that can support multiple languages
· Manage the team remote and always keep them 80% productive
· Engage with customers and our filed teams to accelerate project deployment velocity, track results and feedback, and report out using Honeywell tools to the Connected Buildings leadership
· Maintain an operations project forecast that identifies up and coming work from our sales organization to allow for the proper planning of resourcing in connected operations teams
· Monitor PMO staffing levels and hire regionally or into the remote PMO as appropriate
· Drive accountability within all functions with customer first approach and properly escalate all issues to proper functions within the business immediately, and resolve onboarding blockers with speed
· Lead STRAP (3 year Strategic Planning) process across HCE
· Lead AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process across HCE
MUST HAVE
· 15 years of experience in Technology leadership roles working with major business processes
· 5 years’ experience in management consulting

· Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying standard tools and processes across a large, complex business
· Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
