The Team
We are looking for an accomplished professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and drive strategic analytical initiatives. As an indispensable member of CKSI, you'll be embedded in a business unit and will be a part of an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, and data science, partnering to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.
The team will look up to you as a senior subject matter authority in analytics & insights.
The Expertise We're Looking For
10+ years of proven experience in Analytics as Data Architect, Data Modeler, or similar rolesMBA or MS in a technical/ quantitative field such as Engineering, IT, Computer Science a plus.Experience with big data technologies / languages such as Snowflake, Hadoop, Apache Pig, Hive required.Proficiency with programming / database querying tools (SQL, NOSQL etc) and data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.) is required.Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and privacy principles and practicesExperience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
Analyze the current state of the data and identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Bring in strategic thoughts to define and detail the data strategy, standards, policies, and best practices to facilitate smooth data consumption and analytics.Collaborate with external partners/vendors to understand their data architecture/processes and data feeds to optimize the data ingestion by Fidelity systems.Collaborate with data architecture team to help craft and develop logical and physical data models, data dictionaries, data flows, and data mappings.Analyze the questions/use cases unique to business and ensure the available or planned outcome can help answer the same.Partner with Data Analytics and Platform teams to solve and resolve data issues and provide strategic support to ensure the quality, integrity, security, and data availability.Proven track record presenting to senior executives-delivering meaningful insights through data analytics/research and then presenting sophisticated data, analyses, statistics, and research findings in a simple, clear, and meaningful way.
