  What you'll do:Lead the development of a brand direct portfolio as a senior strategic advisor, providing technical and client service excellence based on TTD's vision and valuesDemonstrate the value of The Trade Desk by crafting innovative technical solutions that meet the clients' needs and business goals with a thorough understanding of their technology stack's dependenciesProvide thought leadership to your client and their partner ecosystem on how to best leverage The Trade Desk's platform and integration capabilitiesWork closely with Business Development to cultivate your accounts and become an extension of your client's organization to solve their unique challenges through technology and automation.Responsible for growing your book of business through strategic cross selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the core client business needsDevelop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externallyManage, motivate and empower a cross functional team (Account Managers & Traders) to drive consistent YoY account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management. Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering Communicate effectively with other functional leaders (product, marketing, inventory & partnership team) by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. Maintain strong cross-pod relationships to support horizonal centre of excellence across account management and tradersWho you are:

  An experienced senior leader who has a solid technical background and is skilled in building and nurturing client relationships.We are looking for an individual possessing excellent communication, strategic thinking and leadership skills to serve as a player-coach across a portfolio of key accounts. Your duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and leading a team of Account Managers and TradersExtensive experience within the digital and programmatic industry in a client focused roleExperience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationshipsAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groupsExperience at an online publisher, agency, Mar Tech, SSP, DSP, or other online advertising roleStrong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approachA sense of maturity and ability to see the larger picture when making internal and external decisions and coaching your team to do the sameRepeatedly and consistently demonstrates confidence and good judgment in ambiguous situations, is experienced in diffusing difficult situations, and has a proven track record of resolving conflictExecute, and coach others to execute, timely in fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritisation skillsAmbition to develop personally and nurture the development of othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsHighly organized with a strong attention to detailExemplars of TTD culture and values, teaching others how to act with grit, humility, generosity and poise
