　　Job Description:

　　Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in such fields as data processing, information systems, systems architecture, and application development. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Directs daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.

　　Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

　　Reviews project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.

　　Assigns and reviews the work of system analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience leading development teams in the areas of Servicing and Partner Enablement portals.

　　Experience leading development teams to launch new customer experience and enablement products, demonstrated ability to work with Product and commercialization teams.

　　Experience leading development teams in the areas of customer facing APIs and developer experience.

　　Experience with latest UI Frameworks.

　　Payments industry and domain knowledge.

　　Salesforce integration experience

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

　　10+ years of Information Technology or related experience.

　　2+ years of people leadership.

　　In lieu of education, 12+ years of Information Technology or related experience.

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $150,500.00 to $228,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
