  The opportunity

  This role will represent Agency Management Team to take an ownership and responsibility for the full end-to-end delivery of the Manulife Pro program and Agency MDRT program, MBA program, and any other programs which may be launched from time to time.

  On the job you will:  

  1. Manulife Pro Program Management (60%)

  Ownership and responsibility for the full end-to-end delivery of the Manulife Pro program.

  Handle all monthly calculations and checks for agent promotions, demotions, and MOC.

  Handle all agent queries regarding the Manulife Pro program.

  Work with Program Managers in the team to champion the program deployment to front line (including collaboration with Agency Training and Agency Business Management teams).

  Work with Program Managers in the team to deliver all financial and non-financial benefits which are part of the program, including any phased enhancements and optimization over time. This will include working with leaders from other departments as well as from Manulife regional teams.

  Own all performance management and reporting relating to the program, and use cohort management approach and practices to drive Manulife Pro MAPA KPIs.

  2. MDRT and Other Programs (25%)

  Be responsibility for our Agency MDRT program, MBA program, and any other programs which may be launched from time to time.

  3. Other General Management and Program Leadership (15%)

  To support the effective operationalization of Agency Programs, this role will also need to work with cross-functional departments to ensure overall program alignment. (For example, analysis and deployment of 13M persistency metrics, codification of required program metrics such as FYP, risk analysis for underwriting limits etc.) Conduct and provide presentations and updates to senior executive management team and regional teams on overall program progress and metrics, including recommendations and business cases where necessary. Overall team management of the Agency Program Management team.

  What we are looking for

  Bachelor degree is a minimum. Master’s degree will be favourable.

  At least 8 years of fulltime work experience, with demonstrable experience in delivering high profile projects/programs for the company.

  At least 3yrs of experience leading a team of 3 people or more.Project consultancy and management consultancy. Experience is a plus. Prior PnL ownership and/or business unit ownership is a plus.

  Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and Powerpoint.Should have basic knowledge level in data analytics, including some basic level of database coding (e.g. SQL), and front-end data analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI).

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Strong in senior stakeholder management and working collaboratively across departments

  Work across all functions in MVL, including local and regional teams
