　　Finance & Strategyis seeking a Director to join the Financial Operations team to lead the Order to Cash (OTC) function for the North America region.__

　　_Position Description_

　　Oversee the entire order-to-cash process, including order and credit management, customer and supplier invoicing and revenue accounting, customer interactions, and cash application.Implement financial policies and internal control procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify process improvement opportunities within invoicing and revenue accounting.Supervise OTC month-end activities and ensure the timely closure of the AR moduleReview key month-end accruals and perform analysis of monthly revenue to ensure accurate monthly accounting.Ensure BS reconciliations are performed timely and as per group policy standardsManage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed, including managing the relationship with CWT’s outsourcing partner performing OTC activities.Collaborate with pricing and legal departments on contract reviews, as well as product teams to ensure new products and services have correct administrative configurations related to order to cash finance operations activities.Partner with IT teams to ensure proper functioning of various system integrations.Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on estimated cash flows to Global Treasury for management of working capital.#LI-hybrid
