Position: Direct to Donor (D2D) Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, 6-month Limited Term)
Location : Remote from within Pacific Time Zone preferred. Remote possible from 42 states within the United States.
Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 25 hours/week); must be able to work core business hours between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday.
Required Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. In addition to education or educational equivalent, requires practical, specialized work experience in marketing, project coordination, or related area; 2-3 years. Marketing experience preferred. Salary Range : $22.50 - $32.00/hour. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $23.00 - $25.00/hour. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity. 02 The Job As a Direct to Donor (D2D) Marketing Specialist (part-time, 6-month Limited Term), you will serve in a support role for the Direct to Donor marketing team at World Vision US. This role will provide critical support in coordinating the creative review process for direct marketing campaigns including direct mail & email, liaising both with internal and external stakeholders and partners. Additionally, the D2D Marketing Specialist will provide operational support for the Direct to Donor marketing team by assisting scheduling, reporting, and documentation processes. The D2D Marketing Specialist will personify the ministry of World Vision by carrying out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. In doing so, we bear witness to Christ and minister to others through life, deed, word, and sign.
Responsibilities Include:
Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.
Coordinate the activities of external agencies, and suppliers and/or internal support departments and divisions in the execution of tactical marketing activities.
Form cross-functional teams and provide team leadership as needed to fulfill project goals.
Ensure team is appropriately supplied with creative assets (content, photos, stories, etc) for the development of direct marketing campaigns.
Primary liaison between internal and external partners, facilitating the creative review process (routing, trafficking, consolidating feedback/edits for review & approval).
Assist in monitoring results and recommended changes. Be responsible for supplying campaign source codes, product bundles, QR codes/VURLs, and other critical campaign assets & marketing tactics to ensure accurate and timely development and implementation of campaign tracking mechanisms.
Providing campaign results and outcomes for review and comparisons to gain insight on campaign performance.
Verify invoices against contracted activity. Process invoices and coordinate payment to vendors.
Provide technical expertise and participate in the tactical and creative planning process for marketing efforts in order to meet specific project goals.
Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all employees working in assigned areas of responsibility.
Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

03 You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. In addition to education or educational equivalent, requires practical, specialized work experience in marketing, project coordination, or related area; 2-3 years. Marketing experience preferred. The ideal candidate will also bring the following technical and soft skills.
Marketing Campaign Knowledge & Experience: Demonstrates knowledge of marketing principles, including promotional strategy and different forms of marketing such as direct response marketing/fundraising and digital marketing. Effectively applies knowledge of various marketing channels.
Planning and Organizing: Establishes a systematic course of action for self or others to ensure accomplishment of a specific objective. Determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.
Systematic Thinking: Demonstrates a comprehensive awareness of the impact and implications of decisions and actions on other units within one's own organization; considers interdependencies before acting.

04 Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. The full range for this position is $22.50 - $32.00/hour.
