About Direct Support Worker

　　Primary Duties:Must be people friendly; have compassion for others, good communication skills and utilize team work (work well with others)Assist adults in everyday needs: including personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), meals, medications; must have good organization skillsGood attendance, dependable, reliability, patience, good attitudeMust have the ability to maintain physical involvement with activities within the ADTC, houses and communityMust bring positivity and encouragement each day.Available to work a variety of shifts (including overnight in a home setting)Available to attend the required amount of on the job trainingValid KY driver’s license; ability to transport Adults to different locations
