Direct Instructional and Support Staff. Multiple positions. Variety of shifts. F/T and P/T available.

　　Pay: Starting $22-25/ hour DOE, after 6 months if all required, paid training is completed -pay increases to $29 per hour. Benefits.

　　Day shift, Full Time 7:00 am -3:00 pm (2 days off in a row)

　　Evening shift, Full Time 2:30-10:30 pm (2 days off in a row)

　　Night shift, Full time 10:00 pm -- 7:30 am (3 days off per week, 2 days in a row)

　　The client you will be caring for is an autistic young woman. She is non-verbal and self -injurious requiring 'line of sight' care at all times. She requires arm splints to prevent severe self-injury. You will be required to take off and replace the splints at scheduled intervals according to a positive behavior support plan. The client also has an education program which includes a communication plan with pictures. The client needs full personal hygiene assistance including peri-care, oral hygiene and bathing and requires assistance with medication administration, oral and topical. Light housekeeping will include meal prep, dishes, laundry, changing bedding and keeping the floors clean. The caregiver that will work best with this client is dependable, patient, kind and compassionate. They will be honest, punctual and well-groomed. The best candidate will be able to work with a multi-disciplinary team.

　　REQUIRED:

　　Submit and pass background check with fingerprints, before hire.Complete 5 hour paid Safety & Orientation, after hire- before alone w/ clients.Adhere to HIPPA laws regarding client privacy.Understand the role of a mandated reporter.Complete 70 hours of paid training within 6 months of hire date. (40 hour Basic-Core & 30 hours OJT)Ability to complete Two-person transfer client without a Hoyer liftDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
