The scope of work is determined by the needs and desires of the individual you are supporting in order to promote emotional, physical and personal well-being. In this caregiver role you will:

　　Assist adults in the development of skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential in areas of communication and social interaction, cooking, money management, personal hygiene and grooming, medication administration, housekeeping, etc.Support the individuals' preferences and ensure their interests are honored.Actively search for opportunities for those you serve to experience life in their homes and communities based on their hobbies and interests.Cultivate individuals' engagement in social networks and communities.Support individuals to achieve goals and increase independence by teaching skills, offering guidance, and role modeling.Testimonials from our Team:
