　　Witco is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional for our Day Program services. Mon - Fri, 8:00 am-4:00 pm

　　Witco is a nonprofit-human-services organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through advocacy, life skill enrichment and social recreation programs, vocational and community job placement programs.

　　Direct Support Professional's provide support in group or individual settings at our centers in Caldwell, Nampa, and in the community. Day Programs are geared towards developing and maintaining skills and abilities to maximize potential for leading a self-directed life and integration within the community to the degree desired.

　　Essential Supports include:

　　Provide Personal Development and Support: Encourage participation in activities that promote personal growth, independence, and skill development.

　　Provide Personal Care Assistance: Assist participant with (ADLs), including eating, grooming and hygiene, toileting, and dressing.

　　Provide behavioral support to address challenges, promote well-being, and maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere.
