　　Our Direct Support Staff works with individuals/clients that are Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled, as well as physical disabilities. You would encourage the clients to become as independent as possible by choosing activities of interest that includes integrating them into the community, from scenic drives to visit parks, or friends and even vacationing with them.

　　You will complete all duties related to the Individual Service Plan by assisting with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, promoting healthy eating, accompanying to doctor appointments, assisting with medication administration, upon certification, assisting with household chores, shopping and completing and maintaining all paperwork in a timely manner along with reporting any issues to management all while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.

　　The hours for this home are 7 am - 5 pm, Every Other Monday thru Friday. There may be occasional weekends you are requested to work but we won't work you more than every other weekend.

　　Our full-time employees may choose to receive paid days off, six paid holidays, their birthday paid, free $20,000 life insurance policy and may elect to enroll in health, dental, vision insurance plus an air evac policy and supplemental insurance coverages, which will be effective upon your 90 days of employment.

　　Job Type: Full-time

　　Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

　　Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
