About Direct Support Professional

　　The Direct Support Professional, with the leadership of the Team Leader and Residential Manager, is responsible to the individuals supported for providing therapetic relationships, care and other related support activities. The direct supports will occur in both home and community setting as directed by the Team Leader, Residential Manager, Program Specialist or Program Director.
