　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Full Time (40 hours/week) and Part Time (12-35 hours/week) positions available as a Direct Support Professional in one of our 13 group homes located in Westchester County

　　Salary Range: $16-$18.50/hour

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Providing assistance, services and supports that promote independence and active participation in daily living within the residence.

　　Administering medications as assigned.

　　Observing and reporting individuals’ illness, health care concerns, injuries, incidents and possible individual abuse.

　　Affirm the human rights, civil rights and responsibilities of the people you support.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.And Attributes:

　　A Valid Driver’s License for over two years is a must.

　　Able to participate in, pass and maintain certification of WJCS required training that includes but may not be limited to Medication Administration, SCIP, CPR/First Aid, Driving the Van and Mandatory Training as identified by OPWDD.

　　This position requires physical activity including but limited to lifting, moving, pulling, pushing, flexing, and bending.
