　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Provide a customer experience catered to each and every customer while recommending solutions based on customers' specific needs.

　　Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products and services.

　　Effectively communicate product and service information, feature functionality, billing procedures and equipment usage to each customer.

　　Demonstrate full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and have the ability to communicate them clearly to customers.

　　Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and quality.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Associate's degree or 2+ years equivalent experience in a sales environment required.

　　Valid Driver's License required.

　　Reliable transportation and active auto insurance required.

　　Willing to work flexible schedule including late afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.

　　Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

　　Skilled in operating personal computer, various software packages and miscellaneous office equipment.

　　Strong attention to detail.

　　Strong customer service and listening skills.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Light work: Light work involves lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
