  What You Can Expect

  Planificar, supervisar el proceso de compra y abastecer a la empresa con el material necesario de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas con la dirección y políticas corporativas con la finalidad de garantizar la cobertura en tiempo y forma de las necesidades la empresa.

  How You’ll Create Impact

  Actualizar y mantener la base de datos de productos en el sistema aprovisionamiento y ventas.

  Dar soporte al almacén en temas logísticos relacionados con el aprovisionamiento

  Mantener y controlar stocks & stocks de seguridad en almacenes internos y externos.

  Realizar las compras periódicas de material, incluye productos Set Desployment y Robots ROSA

  Asegurar el reaprovisionamiento de todos los almacenes en iberia.

  Calcular stocks de seguridad periódicamente.

  Analizar y reportar los “backorders” de cliente incluido los almacenes externos y gestionar el proceso de “manual allocation”

  Comprar guías personalizadas (PSI y Signature) y PMI

  Atender solicitudes de Customer Service sobre producto.

  Revisar periódicamente el exceso de inventario y solicitar la devolución a central.

  Gestionar y documentar las actividades de importación y exportación según las políticas de la compañía.

  Gestionar urgencias de productos de la compañía.

  Gestionar el abastecimiento almacenes externos

  Controlar los envíos de las centrales de distribución de la compañía

  Desarrollar e implementar políticas de compras

  Controlar la ejecución de los procesos de compras (KPI)

  Controlar que las actividades de compra de la empresa se hagan según las políticas de la corporación

  Controlar el flujo de abastecimiento para conseguir los objetivos fijados por la compañía

  Atender las necesidades del cliente interno (departamentos de la compañía)

  Proveer formación interna.

  Diseñar objetivos departamentales.

  Realizar análisis para la detección de desviaciones de objetivos y la proposición de acciones para el logro de los mismos.

  What Makes You Stand Out

  Idiomas: Inglés nivel alto, portugués (valorable)

  Informática/requisitos técnicos: office nivel avanzado, SAP, Every Angle

  Experiencia: 5 años en posición similar

  Valorable: conocimiento del producto

  Otros: disponibilidad para viajar, Conocimientos de cadena de suministros,
