　　Description:

　　Aston Carter is partnering with a large manufacturing company looking for an experienced AR/Credit/Collections Specialist who will be responsible for the collection of all open invoices and deductions and for the reconciliation of all accounts receivable for their specific assignments.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Strong Excel experience

　　• SAP experience preferred

　　• Manufacturing background must have

　　• 3-10 years of experience

　　• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

　　• Good communicator with business acumen

　　• Knowledge of accounting and ability to review financial statements

　　Job Duties:

　　• Account credit review process relating to account credit line and worthiness.

　　• Internal/external customer organization for credit-related issues and to develop and maintain favorable customer relations - Sales team and external customers.

　　• Will review chargebacks and deductions

　　• Collect open invoices and deductions. Make collection calls and write collection letters to collect open invoices.

　　• Minimize bad debt write-offs and hasten A/R collections.

　　• Continual focus on cash forecast objectives.

　　• Process timely credit reviews relating to credit line and trade inquiries to support worthiness of account.
