About DIRECT CARE PROVIDERS

  POSITION: Direct Care Provider

  REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GEDand valid driver's license required. Must be able to pass a background checkand drug testing.

  WAGE: $14.65 per hour or hire depending on experience plus Shiftdifferential pay.

  BENEFITS: Excellent benefits including health insurance and a retirementplan.

  DAYS AND HOURS: This is a full time position. Variety of shifts available.Days/hours to be arranged with employer. Weekend hours may be required.

  DUTIES: Provide direct care to adults with Developmental Disabilities in aresidential setting. Will assist in activities of daily living,transportation, supported employment opportunities, participating incommunity activities, medical appointments and giving medications. Allnecessary training will be provided.
