　　Manages the planning and analysis of salary planning, workforce planning, employee training and diversity initiativesProvides facilitation and change management consultation to leadership teams and employee groupsCoordinates and manages the restructuring efforts of the organization and will be required to consult on organization design/effectiveness, job level and title changes with appropriate COE's in HR. Role will have responsibility to implement new/expanded entities and or footprint initiatives as needed to achieve overall growth objectives.Ensures positive employee relations efforts are realized across the site inclusive of leading and maintaining site wide employee relations activities and strategies that ensure an inclusive workplace and an engaged workforce.Will ensure technical talent across the organization is optimized through a combination of strategic training initiatives, talent selection and development, succession planning and talent sourcing (country specific Co-op and intern programs, diversity hiring, university relations etc.).Must work collaboratively across Interiors' portfolios and functions to drive the SBU's people strategies.Leadership of a team of human resource professionals both on a direct and indirect basis in country.
