　　Director, Biomedical Services provides leadership for our comprehensive Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) service program for assigned hospital account(s) with focus on optimizing equipment uptime, program compliance and ensuring safety/performance in a cost-conscious, expeditious manner. May also manage Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs). The Director of Biomedical Services I has experience in the repair, calibration and maintenance of a wide variety of clinical equipment, instrumentation and support systems used in healthcare delivery. Execute professional-level inventory assessment/audits and planned maintenance of clinical equipment. Mentor, educate, provide oversight, and assist management with technicians and biomed operations. Provide remedial corrective maintenance and maintain documentation of all service events, tests and maintenance performed on clinical equipment. Provide support, both on-site and remotely to a hospital, service center location, or within an assigned territory. Ability to work with, train and supervise others. The Director of Biomedical Services I functions in a team-based work environment and focuses on the achievement of team-based requirements and goals.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Education: Associates degree in biomedical equipment technology, electronic equipment technology, or military training preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted. Certification(s) preferred i.e. CHTM, CBET, A+, etc.

　　Experience: Minimum of five (5) years servicing a broad representation of clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital environment. Leadership ability required. Experience in supervision of on-site hospital technicians preferred.

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
