　　Job Summary:

　　The Quality and Process Engineering (Q&PE) calibration team is responsible for: Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) calibration for Pratt and Whitney production gages.

　　We have a rare opportunity for a hardworking Dimensional Metrology Calibration Associate. If you are looking for a hands on, technically significant role in a growing organization, this role is for you.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Timely and accurate calibrations are critical to Pratt Whitney operations as they strive to meet their delivery commitments.

　　Dimensional layout inspection of gages, parts and fixtures to ensure the business is running on a daily basis.

　　The Q&PE Calibration team is a can-do organization that is sustaining and developing inspection and calibration methods in support of the Module centers.

　　We perform M&TE calibrations across numerous disciplines, while being actively involved in defining and implementing the calibration lab of the future.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Education/experience in mathematics/statistics is a plus. Knowledge of industry standards ISO17025.

　　General Competence pertaining to Testing and Calibration Laboratories. ANSI Z540 Requirements for the Calibration of Measuring and Test Equipment.

　　Willingness to cross train in other metrology areas to support periodic requirements.

　　Part Drawing Interpretations. Understanding of Metrology. Plan and perform calibrations within the specified turn time. Troubleshoot items not meeting requirements.

　　Work within SAP to update information on M&TE. Implement and support CORE and the Raytheon CORE culture. Create standard work and procedures.

　　Knowledge of Dimensional Calibration. Knowledge of First Article Inspection. Ability to Layout production parts to verify dimensional accuracy.

　　CMM/ Vision system knowledge is a plus.

　　Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

　　The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
