The 2 nd and 3 rd semesters are apprenticeship semesters where Co-Ops are embedded into a team . Co-Ops will rotate college coursework between each semester they serve with Chick-fil-A, Inc. Co-Ops will also have the opportunity to rotate work locations at Chick-fil-A's corporate headquarters.
