  Job Description:

  We are looking for an experienced Digital Outreach Coordinator to manage all search

  engine optimization and marketing activities as well as manage leads and intake calls.

  You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to

  drive organic traffic to our website, improve search engine rankings, and increase online

  visibility. This role reports into Marketing Director.

  Responsibilities for managing Google PPC and SEO strategies:

  Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases relevant toour industry and services.

  Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta-tags for search engines toimprove organic search rankings.

  Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increasewebsite visibility and drive qualified traffic.

  Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, Google Analytics,and other relevant platforms.

  Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure thewebsite remains optimized for search engines.

  Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that alignswith target keywords and engages our audience.

  Implement link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority andcredibility.

  Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and performance indicators.

  Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall

  marketing goals.

  Provide recommendations for website improvements, both in termsof SEO and user experience.

  Responsibilities for managing leads and intake calls:

  Gather essential information about the potential client, including theirmedical history, current health condition, and specific care needs.

  Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client information. Thismay include personal details, medical history, preferences, and any

  specific requirements.

  Coordinate with other team members, such as caregivers and nurses, toschedule services based on the client's preferences and requirements.

  Conduct follow-up calls to assess the client's satisfaction with the providedservices and make any necessary adjustments to the care plan.

  Qualifications:

  Proven experience as a Digital Outreach Coordinator or similar role.

  In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google

  Analytics.

  Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

  Demonstrates a deep understanding of client intake processes, care planning,

  and home care services.

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact withclients, their families, and internal team members. Clear communication is

  crucial for understanding and conveying care plans.

  The ability to empathize with clients and their families, demonstrating acompassionate approach in understanding their needs and concerns.

  Excellent organizational skills to manage client information, documentation,and scheduling effectively.

  Ability to collaborate with other members of the home care team, includingcaregivers, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure a coordinated and

  comprehensive approach to client care.

  Education and Experience:

   Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

   Proven experience in developing and implementing successful PPC and SEO strategies.

   Several years of experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry,

  demonstrating a deep understanding of client intake processes, care planning, and

  home care services.
